Historically, a fter decolonization of France from Vietnam in 1954, Vietnam was divided into two along 17 th parallel (North and South Vietnam) according to Geneva peace accord. The North Vietnam was ruled by communist leader, Ho Chi Minh , while the South was ruled by king Bao Dai. In 1955, G. Ngo Dinh Diem which was backed by the U.S. overthrew  the King Bao Dai and came to power as a president of the Republic of Vietnam. The involvement of the U.S. in Vietnam led to the “Second Indochina War” which known as Vietnam War. Due to many factors such as the anti-war protests, long bloodiest war, and massive spending on military intervention, Nixon Administration sought the way to end the war and decided to withdraw its troops from Vietnam by negotiating with North Vietnam and signing Paris Peace Accord in 1973. Rohingyas, Burmese Muslim minority group, have been living with the fear of violence and religious discrimination while they have been still considered as the stateless people and unwanted group on the Earth. Historically, Rohingyas were illegal immigrants who fled from the Bengali in Bangladesh. They have lived in Myanmar’s state of Rakhine for many decades, yet they have not been granted citizenship and recognized as legal ethnic groups in the country.       When talking about the human rights abuses in Myanmar, people never forget the Muslim minority Rohingya who are residing in Northern of Rakhine state. Self proclaimed region " Donetsk People's Republic" has appealed to Russian president Vladimir Putin to consider its accession with Russia.However, he seems to be so reluctant and n ot rushes to grab the territory as he did in March after referendum in Crimea.  Additionally, Putin has also called the pro-Russian groups in the East to postpone the voting that was held in favor of seeking independence from the Ukrainian government, but his suggestion has been ignored. This means that Putin is trying to distance Russia from Ukrainian crisis, especially the uprising in the Eastern part of Ukraine. Actually, there are many reasons why Putin is less interested in annexing Donetsk and Lugansk. Firstly, the both regions are not a vital strategic territory to be annexed. The Australian government would be shut down if the legislatures failed to raise the debt ceiling by the December 12. Actually, Australia is known as the world's 12 largest economy and its current public debt ceiling is AU$300 billion. In order to avoid government shutdown scenario, Australia need to exceed the debt ceiling up to AU$50 0 billion equal to $452 billion, but it's currently facing opposition from the Labor Party and Greens. In Australia, the upper house (Senate) has the power to block or approve the legislation, but unfortunately Australian Prime Minister Tony Abott's coalition has the majority in the lower house. The relations between the U.S and Jerusalem seem to be divided and deteriorated after the P5+1 and Iran have reached the interim agreement over Iranian nuclear issues recently and the de als were actually proposed by the US. According to Israeli prime minister  Benjamin Netanyahu - בנימין נתניהו  the nuclear deals proposed by the US and other 5 powers have been described as the historic mistake, and he strongly denounced the deal just limited on the enrichment of uranium and a more intrusive inspections regime in return for the lift of economic sanctions. Mr Netanyahu has so far warned of the possible military action against Iran, and he demanded the western powers to impose more sanctions on Iranians. ! Chronologically, Libyan government, ruled by dictator Muammar Gaddafi, was formally collapsed and Gaddafi was ousted from power, captured and killed by the Rebel group in 2011.
