The separatist movement rapidly emerges in some parts of Libya after the Civil war

! Chronologically, Libyan government, ruled by dictator Muammar Gaddafi, was formally collapsed and Gaddafi was ousted from power, captured and killed by the Rebel group in 2011. Actually, Gaddafi came to power in 1969 after organising a military coup against the King Idris of Libya and self-proclaimed as a Colonel. In 2011 the uprising among Libyan people and violent demonstration emerged af ter human rights campaigners had been arrested by Libyan authority. In response, Libyan government used aircraft to attack protestors. Having seen many atrocious activities committing by Libyan government, UNSC decided to authorise a no-fly zone over Libya and air strikes to protect civilians which commanded by NATO. It has been almost three years since Libyan civil war came to an end, but actually the political, economic instability and social crisis still have been occurring in this lawless state. French government replaces its ambassador to Central Africa ( CAR).

Source: RFI France has recently announced that it will replace its ambassador to Central African Republic. The announcement was made a few days after additional military personnel ha d been sent to the country to support the possible military intervention backed by the United Nations regarding to the political instability which has just emerged since March. Actually, the additional troops has been contributed to the Central Africa in order to help restoring the public order and national security as well as to halt the ongoing conflict and the severe violence. The situation in Central Africa has become chaotic and unstable after president François Bozizé was overthrown from power in March by the rebel forces known as the Séléka coalition and the leader of this coalition has been ruling the presidential palace till now. The kinds of countries in the World

There are two kinds of countries in the world : 1. The countries which have much chance to develop with the incapable administration (Government). Some less developed countries have a very potential natural resources as well as a favorable  geography. Depend on their potentiality, they would be able to accelerate their economic growth rapidly, but unfortunately their leaders are incapable to manage the natural resources, and to propose effective policies to develop their countries properly. Moreover, we mostly find the lack of sufficient public financial management, accountability, transparency, as well as responsibility in the governmental institutions of these countries. Consequently, the corruption,bureaucracy, instability emerge in their political and administrative institutions. For instant, some countries in African continent, such Zimbabwe, Mali, Sudan, Eritrea... Although they have much natural resource, they are not able to use those resources properly in order to boost it

Why Japan decided to closer Russia ?

Recently, Japan and Russia have held a joint conference between foreign and defense ministers to discuss over international security and bilateral cooperation as well as plan to hold joint military exercise to combat terrorism and piracy. The diplomatic defense talks is considered as the first time for both states after the leaders of these two states have agr eed to resume the peace talks that aimed at settling the long standing -territorial depute in April.
