France has recently announced that it will replace its ambassador to Central African Republic. The announcement was made a few days after additional military personnel had been sent to the country to support the possible military intervention backed by the United Nations regarding to the political instability which has just emerged since March. Actually, the additional troops has been contributed to the Central Africa in order to help restoring the public order and national security as well as to halt the ongoing conflict and the severe violence. The situation in Central Africa has become chaotic and unstable after president François Bozizé was overthrown from power in March by the rebel forces known as the Séléka coalition and the leader of this coalition has been ruling the presidential palace till now. Besides the deployment of French troops, there are about 2,500 African troops that have been already stationing in the country.

The violence and religious clashes in the Central Africa has so far raised the international fears of sectarian massacres and genocide. The replacement of French diplomat to the CAR is still unclear. Almost the same a the situation in Central Africa, a few months after launching the military intervention in Mali to expel the Islamist insurgents who controlled the northern part of the country, French government also replaced its ambassador regarding to the changes of situation in the country.

Alike Mali, CAR is also the former French colony and deeply poor land-lock state located in the Central Africa. It is bordered by Chad to the north, Sudan to the northeast, South Sudan to the east, the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the south, and Cameroon to the west.
