The kinds of countries in the World

There are two kinds of countries in the world :
1. The countries which have much chance to develop with the incapable administration (Government). Some less developed countries have a very potential natural resources as well as a favorable geography. Depend on their potentiality, they would be able to accelerate their economic growth rapidly, but unfortunately their leaders are incapable to manage the natural resources, and to propose effective policies to develop their countries properly. Moreover, we mostly find the lack of sufficient public financial management, accountability, transparency, as well as responsibility in the governmental institutions of these countries. Consequently, the corruption, bureaucracy, instability emerge in their political and administrative institutions.
For instant, some countries in African continent, such Zimbabwe, Mali, Sudan, Eritrea... Although they have much natural resource, they are not able to use those resources properly in order to boost its economic growth or to get out of the poverty.

2. The countries which have much chance to develop accompany with the outstanding governments. Those countries not only have favorable geography or potential of natural resources, but also have good leaders who are capable to administer everything well. Alternatively, the leaders are able to propose good public policies, or strategic planning, effectively manage the public budget, work responsibly and efficiently in order to improve the living standard of their people through increasing the economic growth.

Last, despite having high potential of natural resources , without the outstanding government, do not expect their states to grow fast. They might still remain poorer and poorer and somehow face up with numerous crises in their societies.
