Is Iran going to be a Nuclear country ?

Does Iran has Nuclear weapons  ????
Some people might be getting confused that Iranian government has Nuclear weapons. In fact, Iranian nuclear program is being sought and not yet achieve. Actually Iranian government has launched Yellowcake processing complex .It is known as a kind of uranium concentrate powder obtained from leach solutions, in an intermediate step in the processing of uranium ores. Moreover it is also used for producing uranium fuel for Nuclear reactors. It seems that Iran nearly achieve its goal of producing Nuclear weapons,but Iranian government refused that it is just for civilian purposes only.Is it reliable ????
 The allied country of Iran,Syria has been known as the country that also seeking for the nuclear weapons. Many people assume that those countries have not enough  abilities to achieve theirs goal for producing nuclear weapons without any helps of their Boss(Russia and China), However Some countries in Africa and Eastern Europe for instant Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine  decided to abandon their goal after collapsing of Soviet Union in 1991.
For North Korea, it just achieved and tested the its first nuclear weapons in 2006 after withdrawing from he Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) in 2003. North Korea became the party of NPT since 1985 and also became a non nuclear-weapons-state. The NPT opened to sign for state members in 1968 and came into effect in 1970. Currently there are only 189 states members and  some countries such as India, Israel, North Korea, Pakistan and South Sudan are non-parties . Thus, until now there are few countries that be considered as nuclear states such as U.K., China, France, India, Pakistan, Russia, United States, Israel, North Korea.
  Some  analysts predict that if there were the WW3 ,it should be started from the Middle-East  not from Korean peninsular. For me I think that it would be a right prediction if based on the activities of Syrian and Iranian government recently. They are threatening the world  and looking down the international law. If the international communities still let them do such a stupid things like this ,the world somehow will be demolished by Atomic bombs in the nearest future.
