Is US preparing for the future war in the Middle-East ?

The previous post talked about the expectation of the world war III . Today I also raise the same topic, and it clearly show that US is preparing for war in the future in the Middle-east. Recently, the diplomatic relation between US and some countries in the middle-east such as Syria and Iran have been recognized as the fragile relationship.
Since Iran refused to negotiate and announced publicly that no super powers or International community could force him to abandon his goal of producing Nuclear weapons, the US and its alliances seem to be preparing themselves for responding to any attacks. Based on the US Defense Department, the arms deal with Israel, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are expected to be up to $10 billion and it will provide missiles, warplanes and troop transports to help those countries for countering any future threat from Iran. US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel has spent a week long to visit the region of Israel, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and his objective must be secret negotiation of trading weapons with those countries. Israel would buy new missiles designed to take out an adversary’s air-defense radars ,and the United Arab Emirates would buy 26 F-16 warplanes. Among these three countries, there is only Israel that has had capabilities to produce nuclear weapons since 1979.
 Iran plan to wipe off Israel from the world map 
The goal of Iranian government is not only to produce Nuclear weapons but also need to wipe off Israel from the world map. According to the History of Arab-Israeli conflict in 1920, the relationship of these two countries(Israel was not recognized as the countries yet ) was cut off ,and Iran thawed its diplomatic relation with Israel in 1950. In July 1951 Iran had voted against accepting Israel State at United Nations. The history of War between Israel and Arab league had been motivated the Islamic countries to seriously loathe Israel, and Israel involved in almost every wars in Middle-east such as 6 days war, Arab-Israeli war, Yom Kippur War,Suez Crisis ...ect. Actually, in order to wipe off Israel from the world map ,Iran government has been using many strategies such as thawing the relation with its former enemy Egypt and supporting the Syrian dictator government and Palestine. Unless without helping of Syria or Egypt , Iran might not be able to demolish Israel meanwhile there are many countries are willing to help Israel to against these Islamic countries. Since the first time of testing Nuclear weapons, Israeli military sector has been strongly modernized, and the military expenditure has been risen from year to year. Moreover the military industries but medium and heavy have been established anywhere in Israel with US supports , and its military expenditures stayed in world top 15th ranking in 2012.
